Ingredients
- - 1 pound haddock fillets
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 2 tablespoons butter
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3. Place haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- 4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Pour the mixture over the haddock fillets.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
