Baked Haddock

Ingredients

  • - 1 pound haddock fillets
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 2 tablespoons butter
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. 3. Place haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, butter, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture over the haddock fillets.
  6. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
