Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- - 4 salmon fillets
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 lemon, sliced
- - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- - 1 teaspoon dried dill
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, and dill.
- 4. Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture over the top of each fillet.
- 5. Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
