Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • - 4 salmon fillets
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 lemon, sliced
  • - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • - 1 teaspoon dried dill

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, and dill.
  4. 4. Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture over the top of each fillet.
  5. 5. Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
