Carmelized Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- - 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- - 2 tbsp olive oil
- - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- - 1 tbsp honey
- - Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown and caramelize.
- 3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over the brussel sprouts, stirring to coat evenly.
- 4. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the brussel sprouts are tender but still slightly crisp.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
