Carmelized Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • - 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • - 1 tbsp honey
  • - Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown and caramelize.
  3. 3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over the brussel sprouts, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the brussel sprouts are tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
