Ingredients
- -1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- -1/2 teaspoon sugar
- -1/4 teaspoon salt
- -1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- -1/4 cup warm water
- -2 tablespoons olive oil
- -3/4 cup pizza sauce
- -1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- -1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
- -1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
- -1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- -1/4 cup sliced black olives
- -1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- 2. Add the warm water and olive oil and stir until a dough forms.
- 3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 6. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 12-inch circle.
- 7. Place the dough on a greased pizza pan.
- 8. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
- 9. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 10. Top with the onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, black olives, and pepperoni.
- 11. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 12. Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
