Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- - 6 large eggs
- - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - 1 teaspoon mustard
- - 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- - Paprika or chopped fresh herbs for garnish
Directions
- 1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water.
- 2. Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- 3. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
- 4. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
- 5. Mash the yolks in a bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- 6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- 7. Sprinkle with paprika or chopped herbs for garnish.
- 8. Serve and enjoy your deviled eggs!
