Drunken Chicken

Ingredients
- - 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- - 2 cups red wine
- - 1 cup chicken broth
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the red wine, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 3. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 4. Place the chicken pieces in a large baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- 6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
