Ingredients
- - 2 large eggs
- - 2 tablespoons of milk
- - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- - 2 tablespoons of butter
- - 4 slices of day-old French bread
Directions
- 1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cinnamon until well blended.
- 2. Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- 4. Place the slices of bread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
