Fried Plantains

Ingredients
- -2 ripe plantains
- -1/4 cup vegetable oil
- -Salt, to taste
Directions
- 1. Peel the plantains and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the plantain slices to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
- 4. Remove the plantains from the oil and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- 5. Sprinkle with salt, to taste.
- 6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
