Ingredients
- - 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- - 2 large eggs
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt.
- 2. Add the water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
- 3. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece out into a thin sheet.
- 4. Cut the sheets into thin strips and set aside.
- 5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 6. Add the pasta strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente.
- 7. Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
