Grilled Shrimp And Scallops

Ingredients
- -1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- -1 lb. sea scallops
- -1/4 cup olive oil
- -2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- -1 tablespoon garlic powder
- -1 teaspoon dried oregano
- -1 teaspoon dried basil
- -1 teaspoon paprika
- -1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- -1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- 1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and scallops, and toss to coat.
- 3. Thread the shrimp and scallops onto skewers.
- 4. Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp and scallops are cooked through and lightly charred. Serve hot.
