Grilled Shrimp And Scallops

Ingredients

  • -1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • -1 lb. sea scallops
  • -1/4 cup olive oil
  • -2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • -1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • -1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • -1 teaspoon dried basil
  • -1 teaspoon paprika
  • -1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • -1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and scallops, and toss to coat.
  3. 3. Thread the shrimp and scallops onto skewers.
  4. 4. Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp and scallops are cooked through and lightly charred. Serve hot.
