Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers

Directions

  1. 1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortillas.
  2. 2. Top with the carrots, lettuce, and cucumbers.
  3. 3. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half.
  4. 4. Enjoy!
