Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
Directions
- 1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortillas.
- 2. Top with the carrots, lettuce, and cucumbers.
- 3. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half.
- 4. Enjoy!
