Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- - 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- - 1 cup mini marshmallows
- - 1 cup shredded coconut
- - 1 cup sour cream
- - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (if using).
- 2. Add the sour cream to the bowl and gently fold everything together until well combined.
- 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend together.
