Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • - 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • - 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • - 1 cup shredded coconut
  • - 1 cup sour cream
  • - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (if using).
  2. 2. Add the sour cream to the bowl and gently fold everything together until well combined.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend together.
