Mushrooms Peas Tofu

Ingredients

  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • - 1 cup of frozen peas
  • - 1 cup of cubed tofu
  • - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. 3. Add the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cubed tofu and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
