Mushrooms Peas Tofu

Ingredients
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- - 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- - 1 cup of frozen peas
- - 1 cup of cubed tofu
- - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
- 3. Add the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Add the cubed tofu and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- 5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
