Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • - 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • - 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • - 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the steak slices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until browned.
  3. 3. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and ginger.
  4. 4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
