Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- - 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- - 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- - 1 onion, thinly sliced
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add the steak slices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until browned.
- 3. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and ginger.
- 4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
