Ingredients
- - 1 pre-made pie crust
- - 5 eggs
- - 1 cup milk
- - 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar or gruyere)
- - 1 cup cooked and chopped vegetables (e.g. spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - Optional: cooked bacon or ham
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Lay the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk until well combined.
- 4. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and any optional meat.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
- 7. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- 8. Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
