Ingredients

  • - 1 pre-made pie crust
  • - 5 eggs
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar or gruyere)
  • - 1 cup cooked and chopped vegetables (e.g. spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional: cooked bacon or ham

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Lay the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk until well combined.
  4. 4. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and any optional meat.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
  7. 7. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. 8. Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
