Strawberry Nutella Crepes

Ingredients
- - 1 cup all-purpose flour
- - 2 eggs
- - 1/2 cup milk
- - 1/2 cup water
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 2 tablespoons melted butter
- - Nutella
- - Sliced strawberries
Directions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Slowly add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- 2. Add the salt and melted butter to the batter and mix well.
- 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to create a thin layer.
- 4. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to lift. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side.
- 5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
- 6. Spread a layer of Nutella on each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
- 7. Roll up the crepes and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious strawberry Nutella crepes!
